Ingredients
- 1 loaf French or sourdough bread
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 4 teaspoons butter
Directions
1. peel the garlic cloves and chop finely
2. slice the loaf of bread however you like (i.e. lengthwise, into multiple separate slices, etc.)
2. place the butter and chopped garlic in a pan until the butter is melted
3. spread the garlic and melted butter onto your bread slices with a brush or spatula
4. place the bread butter-side down onto a hot grill and leave for 30-50 seconds, or until grill marks are formed (make sure not to burn the garlic)
5. flip to the other side for another 20-30 seconds, or until fully toasted and enjoy!
